Angle Transmitter X65 is a high-performance angle measurement device designed based on the principle of magnetoelectric induction, suitable for application scenarios such as industrial automation, mechanical control and energy systems. FUNCTIONS
1. High precision and high resolution
The angle transmitter X65 has a typical measurement accuracy of ±0.05° and a resolution of 0.01°. The device uses a high-performance magnetoelectric induction sensor unit and a 24-bit A/D conversion chip to achieve a high sensitivity response to angle changes. This configuration enables it to stably capture small angle changes in complex motion control systems, meeting the requirements for high-precision control, such as servo control, automated detection and positioning.
2. Wide measurement range and 360° full angle support
The transmitter can achieve continuous rotation measurement from 0 to 360° and can provide real-time and continuous angle output in the full range. The internal structure design adopts non-contact multi-turn angle sampling technology to solve the mechanical wear and error accumulation problems caused by traditional contact elements in long-term rotation. This structure can ensure that the absolute position angle value is still output in the continuous rotation state, which is suitable for scenes that require continuous angle monitoring, such as rotating platforms and wind turbine pitch control.

3. Multiple output signals
The X65 transmitter supports a variety of standard industrial signal output methods, including 420mA (applicable to two-wire and three-wire systems), 010V analog voltage output, and digital communication protocols such as RS485, CANopen, and Modbus RTU. These output methods enable the device to seamlessly access common PLC and DCS systems without the need for additional signal conversion devices, improving system integration efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
4. Stable anti-interference ability
The product has good electromagnetic compatibility performance and its design complies with industrial general standards such as IEC 61000-6-2 and IEC 61000-6-4. In actual applications, the X65 has passed the EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) test and can work normally in environments where interference sources such as motor drives, welding equipment, and frequency converters frequently appear. This anti-interference ability helps to ensure the stability of the device signal output and avoid measurement errors caused by external electromagnetic interference.
