Tilt switch: triggers when cargo tilt exceeds a preset angle (e.g., 45°), recording tilt time, duration, and angle.
Vibration switch: outputs a pulse when cargo experiences severe shock or drop, recording impact time and intensity level.
Paired with a low-power MCU and communication module (4G/NB-IoT/Bluetooth), data can be uploaded in real time or stored locally for reading upon arrival.
