Description
The tilt ball switch CSX-SEN-645A-D is a high-performance unidirectional tilt sensor designed by Chengshengxing Technology for smart devices. Its size is only 5.2×3.0×3.0 mm, suitable for vertical installation on PCB boards. The switch circuit remains disconnected in the normal vertical state. When the device tilts or flips over the set conversion angle of 15°, 30° or 45°, the internal ball trigger circuit is turned on to achieve accurate angle detection.
The product adopts symmetrically designed upper and lower end covers with built-in V-shaped precision chamfer holes to ensure that the ball rolls flexibly and at the same angle when tilted in any direction. The outer shell is an explosion-proof metal tube with a high insulation and corrosion-resistant nano-coating on the surface to ensure safety and stability in harsh environments. The core ball and the inner and outer surfaces of the end caps are all made of high-wear-resistant gold plating technology to improve sealing and service life.
